After seeing this rejuvenation of the districts those were once plundered by the allies it can be only be said that the Japs are the best. May be the war was not required. May be everybody was wrong at that time but let's raise a toast now to the newly rebuilt H & N and forget the past, pray for those who lost their lives and limbs. American tax dollors rebuilt most of Japna to the detriment of many Americans who after the war were barely able to scratch out a living. The Japanese started the war bombing pearl harbour and do no forget the Bataan death march where thousands of Americans were shot and beheaded nor the rape of Nanking by the Japanese. It was estimated that the Japanese were prepared to fight until death if Americans invaded Japan with causality deaths estimated at one million American dead.
