He is born to a lower middle class farmer the only people who support him are Mom and sister . After being thrown out of the local cricket community by Guruji, he is trained by Mohit who is a failed fast bowler and the local drunkard.

I must say that after Black, in this decade, if any movie has touched my heart so deep, it is Iqbal. A movie like Iqbal does not come out so frequently and specially when you had just got one classic in form of Black.

Barsaat is a romantic musical movie directed by Suneel Darshan. The film stars Priyanka Chopra, Bobby Deol and Bipasha Basu in a love triangle.

Story of BARSAAT looks completely out of place in todays time with stupid stuff like KARWA CHAUTH, PATI DEV ETC. The amateurish handling of the subject and a humdrum screenplay are its biggest culprits! But there is no denying that film works to an extent because of superlative performance from Priyanka Chopra and there is something about it which touches your heart!

On the whole, ”Barsaat” ends up looking like a typical Bollywood film.It has a very outdated plot, which won`t appeal to many of the viewers. Those who like typical Bollywood films might like this one,but others who are searching for something different will dislike this film. The film fails to impress and so it can be easily avoided. Watch it for one reason-Priyanka ,Priyanka and Priyanka.

Aamir Khan is back with the rising. As as you should expect it, he is excellent in his acting! Most of the time, actors who do a movie after a long pause, tend to Overact in their movies.. but amir khan has managed to deliver perfection in the role of mangal pandey. Apart from Amir Khan, Tobey Stephens delivered a good performance in the role of William Gordon.

The story is about the first Indian Independance war or as the british call it the Mutiny. It has a good story line. But the songs in the movie ruins the flow of story. But all said and done the movie is perfectly Watchable, It informs, It entertains and ofcourse it has Aamir Khan after 4 years on screen.

Viruddh stars Amitabh Bacchan (Vidyadhar Patwardhan), Sharmila Tagore (Sumi) , Sanjay Dutt (Ali) , John Abraham (Amar) and Anusha Dandekar (Jenny) . I would give it a rating of 2.5 /5.

Based on a typical Indian (Maharashtrian to be precise) family, the film revolves around the lives of two parents and their only son. And when I mean parents, I would rather say friends! I have never seen parents so open and ‘out’ with their child. That’s something new. Their son is staying is staying in London, ‘studying’, but sends money (where does he get it from???) to his parents back in India. He returns back home just before his birthday, not alone, but with a ‘girl-friend’, a living relationship. His dad accepts her on the airport! None of the ghisa-pita Indian family dramas! His mom seems to be ok with it too! All are shown a very happy, united family.

The style of the typical Maharashtrian family is a passé in the film, though people may find it tough to adjust to it. On the whole, Virudh will be a slow starter but has the merits to climb the ladder on the strength of the strong emotional quotient and topnotch performances.
