I am curious to ask. If nuns are bride to Jesus who are fathers married to?
I was a student of comparative religions and found no religion responsible for spreading so called "Holy Wars"
Its just the interpretation of some so-called scholars leads to the brainwashing and terror and war.

One thing I fail to understand repeatedly is Why on the earth a person has to practice sexual abstention?? What is the ultimate necessity of this kinda practice?

The red highlighted  yes that is correct.My interpretation is sexual expression is the third strongest natural instinct in humans ..first two..survival and food..full stomach.
Suppressing that instinct was probably considered the highest form of self control.Rare few can achieve that.Enforcing it has lead people to stray.
