it is alright but i am sure not better than the design that i saw in the book scandanavian designs. it was a chair design by a company known as balans. interestingly there was no back rest but there was a knee rest. the sitting position itself kept the spine in correct form and i am sure one can sit for hours on the seat without getting tired or injuring the spine. just try to find out.
